Prague Startup Centre and company MSD IT prepare other meet-up – in MSD IT (Riverview building, 6th floor, Svornosti 2, Praha 5) on July 26 at 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
The meetup will be held in MSD IT in Prague following the ISCB (International Society for Computational Biology) conference that brings together leading bioinformatics professionals from around the globe. It is an opportunity to meet some of the presenters in MSD in person and to learn more about and discuss management and analytics of complex datasets in the biomedical domain.

About the speakers:
Dr Michal Okoniewski is leading bioinformatics research and services at ETH Zurich. His work focuses on bioinformatics analyses in molecular biology and medicine and application of cloud computing for the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data.
Dr. Amrapali Zaveri is a postdoctoral researcher at Maastricht University in the Institute of Data Science. Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University. Her research interests include data quality, knowledge interlinking and fusion, biomedical and health care research.
Ivan Ermilov is a doctoral candidate working in the Agile Knowledge and Semantic Web (AKSW, University of Leipzig) research group on automatic conversion of Web Tables to semantically rich representations. He also contributed to projects related to data integration, analytics, semantification of Big Data, benchmarking and education.
